POUNDwatchers?

POUNDwatchers has been helping both men and women reach healthy weight loss goals for over 40 years using a program based on portion control and providing education on how to make better food choices.

POUNDwatches incorporates the principles of Canada's Food Guide with portion control, exercise and healthy lifestyle choices to set and reach healthy weight loss goals.

 

All programs are tailored specifically to an individual's needs and preferences to ensure that the program becomes a lifestyle choice rather than just another weight loss program.

 

The program consists of ongoing weekly support meetings, along with fun and educational lectures, to ensure that our members get the most out of their participation.

 

Our goal is to have members develop a healthy relationship with food, not through denial of our 'FOOD MONSTERS', but with learning to manage our cravings and make better choices.
